Shipping policy
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, once your order has been shipped.
A physical address must be provided during the ordering process since carrier does not deliver to post-office boxes. If an order is undeliverable or not accepted, shipping charges may apply.
A signature for delivery is not required, however, it is at the discretion of the carrier driver to leave your package at your door. ExeGi is not responsible for stolen orders. ExeGi will ship anywhere in Canada.
*Note: Shipping addresses located in areas considered to be remote, such as the North West Territories, may experience minor delays in delivery. These delays are contingent upon the carrier's ability to access the shipping address. ExeGi may contact you if we anticipate any delays in the delivery of your order.
