Visbiome Vet ships anywhere in Canada. FREE standard shipping is the default option for online orders.
Standard shipping orders are generally delivered in 2-3 days. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, once your order has been shipped.
A physical address must be provided during the ordering process since carriers do not deliver to post-office boxes. If an order is undeliverable or not accepted, shipping charges may apply.
A signature for delivery is not required, however, it is at the discretion of the carrier driver to leave your package at your door. ExeGi is not responsible for stolen orders. ExeGi will ship anywhere in Canada.
*Note: Shipping addresses located in areas considered to be remote, such as the Northwest Territories, may experience minor delays in delivery. These delays are contingent upon the carrier's ability to access the shipping address. ExeGi may contact you if we anticipate any delays in the delivery of your order.

Shipped and Stored Cold for Potency.
Visbiome® Vet products are shipped in an insulated container with ice packs and should be stored under refrigerated conditions (2-8°C) to ensure vitality. Exposure to heat could inactivate some of the live bacterial strains.
Every order is accompanied by a temperature monitoring sensor specifically calibrated for Visbiome Vet that helps to ensure your order did not encounter impactful heat events during shipping.
Visbiome Vet can be stored at room temperature for up to one week without adversely affecting potency.
